Through the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, your requested dates and number of guests, and the content of your message.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track visitors across other websites.

We use the data solely to answer your enquiry and to arrange your stay. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request before entering into a rental agreement.

Retention period

We keep enquiries for a maximum of twenty-four months from the last communication, after which they are deleted, unless longer retention is required by law.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Cloudflare and enquiries are delivered to us by email through Resend; both process data on our behalf. The interactive map is loaded from OpenStreetMap only after you choose to open it, at which point your IP address is sent to OpenStreetMap. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time.

You may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) as the supervisory authority.
