The villa

Built from white Dalmatian stone in the quiet hills above Šibenik, Whitestone is a whole house that is only yours — 250 m² of living space, a heated pool and a garden with nothing around it but pines and open sky.

The ground floor opens into a living room with a high beamed ceiling, a fireplace and the wall of white stone that gives the villa its name. A few steps further are the long dining table, the kitchen, the covered terrace and the water.

The old town of Šibenik and the sea are ten minutes away by car, the Krka waterfalls just as close in the other direction. In between there is only the village, the garden and the pool.

Outdoors

From first swim to last light

A heated pool, a lawn, a covered terrace and a barbecue. The garden is where most days at Whitestone begin and end.

By day

Sun on white stone

The 28 m² pool is heated, so the season starts early and ends late. Sunbeds and parasols wait on the lawn, an outdoor shower stands by the water and a hedge keeps the garden to yourselves.

By night

The house lights up

The pool glows, the stone turns gold and the covered terrace becomes the dining room. The barbecue is a few steps from the table, and the only sound is the crickets.

Questions

Before you book

Is the pool heated?

Yes. The private 28 m² pool is heated, so you can swim comfortably outside the peak summer months as well.

How many guests can stay?

Up to seven. There are two double bedrooms and a third bedroom with two single beds and a pull-out sofa. A baby cot is available.

Do we share the villa with anyone?

No. The whole house, the garden and the pool are yours alone for the length of your stay.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, on request. Tell us about your pet when you enquire; a supplement may apply.

How far are the beach and the town?

The beaches around Šibenik and Brodarica are 5 to 8 km away, about ten minutes by car. The old town of Šibenik is 6 km away and Krka National Park about 10 km.

Do we need a car?

We recommend one. A shop and a bus stop are within 200 metres, but the beaches, Šibenik and Krka are easiest to reach by car. Parking on the property is free.
